Organisational Development

Organisational development needs to start from strategy and therefore the service includes
  • Facilitation of strategy sessions
  • Facilitation of the translation of strategy for different business units, support functions, and levels of work.

Organisational development can be done from a strengths approach (Appreciative Inquiry), a deficit approach (diagnosis and interventions), or a combination of both.  An end-to-end service is offered which includes diagnosis, research and development of tailor-made interventions, and implementation of solutions in such a way that the organisation is enabled to sustain them independently.  Solutions are varied and include, but are not limited to the services listed here:
