Facilitation of Meetings
Some meetings work better with a facilitator who does not get involved in the content but guide the process for optimal group participation. The process design will depend on the content of the meeting, the desired outcomes, the participants, the venue, and other specific needs the sponsor of the meeting may have.

- Translation of strategy on the different levels of work in a company up to the performance contracts of individuals using vehicles such as The Balanced Scorecard.
- Staff meetings where announcements are made and leaders need to test the reaction of staff, get their buy-in, and gather input.
- Dialoguing of complex issues to arrive at a shared understanding before action planning can be done.
- Evaluation of past events for learning purposes.
- Brainstorming for innovation or opportunity identification.
