Competency Based Interviews

I design competency based interviews for specific positions.
I also train management teams in conducting competency based interviews to enhance their ability to objectively predict future performance.

Climate surveys
 

I have developed a quantitative online climate study survey that can be used to gauge the climate in most small to medium-sized organisations.  It focuses on strategy, leadership, structure, relationships, rewards (remuneration and recognition), organisational support, change/transformation and engagement.
