Mentorship of Organisational Development Consultants
I offer mentorship to organisational development consultants/teams to enable them to come up with and implement an organisational development approach for their organisations. This includes the translation of strategy into action, defining the desired organisational culture and leadership framework, developing/finding diagnostics to determine the current reality, designing organisational development interventions, and tracking of and reporting on progress.
The level of mentorship involvement is determined by the organisational development mandate and the level of competence of the consultants/teams.
Mentorship is available for teams and for individuals.
