Leadership Development
Leadership development is designed according to the development needs of specific leaders and focuses on the development of aspects such as creating a shared vision, self-awareness, authenticity, open-mindedness, emotional intelligence, problem solving, interpersonal skills, leadership style, engaging the workforce, life-long learning practices, and self-care practices. Psychometric instruments are used to assess aspects such as emotional intelligence and personality and 360 Degree instruments are used to assess leadership competence. Workshops are interactive, experiential and leaders are given assignments to ensure practical application of their learning. Leadership development programmes may include coaching programmes to ensure individual adoption of practices and application of learning from workshops.
